Hotel a Zion Crossroads

“The hotel was great! I was not happy with the rate Expedia charged me. I paid $149 for one night through Expedia. Found out from the hotel that I would only have paid $133 a night if I had called the hotel directly. So much for the cheapest rates!”

“The lake was very peaceful. The room was a good size. The instructions were so easy to follow. The security deposit was given back the day after. We went to Tims next door to get drinks which was fun. The only problem I have was the curtains in the room was not black out and if you're not up and ready in the morning then you will be awake. They did provide ear plugs and a white noise machine which was nice but worrisome since we went at a very quiet time so it made me think the area would...

“The 1st floor elevator call button wasn't working. So you either had to schlep your stuff up to the second floor and get the elevator there, or, you could wall up to your room. The desk staff were very apologetic and offered to have the elevator dispatched from the upper floors back to the first floor. Just a hassle. Room was fine but did notice some small black ants on the countertop both at night and the next morning. Rooms appeared to have been upgraded, but the hall carpet was worn in...

“ Nice place. Good breakfast. It's a little tricky to get there if you're unfamiliar with the Charlottesville mixing bowl of intersections with 64. And I'd recommend better signage in the hallways to get back to the lobby. Otherwise it's great. I'll be back!”
